Galleon Research Group

Galleon Research Group, LLC was formed to promote, conduct and sponsor maritime, historical and underwater research. It provides an outlet for channeling grants, gifts and in kind support into remote sensing surveys and underwater research related to shipwrecks and submerged cultural resources of historical and archaeological importance. One of the specific objectives of the organization was to promote the teaching of archaeological skills to students and recreational divers and promote the dissemination of both professional and pubic information pertaining to maritime research and shipwreck exploration.
